Fleet management systems provider announces acquisition by wireless connectionware supplier

Montreal , QC, April 20, 2006 – Road Partner, Inc., a provider of fleet management systems announced today that it has been acquired by Radio IP Software, Inc., a leader in wireless data connectivity solutions.
